Our group effort at a gingerbread house… it was eaten 1 minute after we finished making it.

Mango salad, bacon wrapped asparagus and sweet potato fries. Yummy dinner with Amy.

Made a delicious supper tonight.

Roasted yam with fresh thyme, olive oil, green onions and topped with melted brie.
Sesame and hoison pan fried asparagus.
Grainy mustard, honey, butter and rosemary steamed carrots.
Hoison, sesame and soy steamed chicken breasts. 

So good

The Last Supper of 2011, delicious salmon, spinach salad and bacon wrapped asparagus.

Bacon wrapped aspargus, sprinkled with goats cheese. Sooooo good! Try it.

Supper tonight! Spinach wraps with tomato basil cream cheese, salsa, goats cheese, tomatoes, basil, cucumbers and turkey!

I want to make a creative cookbook of all the meals I’ve made with friends and family this year. I am so glad I am surrounded by brave people who will eat anything I make and not be picky. These are two different quinoa meals made for me by my mom and my boyfriend.

Yummy fantastic refreshing pasta salad with basil,tomato,fusilli, bocconcini,cucumber, avocado, spinach, balsamic and olive oil. It was great!

I have sort of a split shift today at work. Saw a vendor first thing this morning now home for most of the day to make delicious food ^ and do laundry then back to work at 5 to see more shoes. I love getting paid to do most women’s dream job. Shop for shoes.
