Walks in the river valley this sunny day. Everyone was very active today. Running stairs, jogging and biking. Felt like people were giving me looks because I wasn’t pushing myself to physical exertion.

I feel like I can only be comfortable wearing long johns for the rest of my life. Hopefully I don’t get fired…

My sister took this photo of me at the beach. It looks so much like I’m photo shopped in that even I am not sure that I was ever really there.

Puppy time. I usually just fall for big dogs but this little scruff was an easy exception. Laying outside the fish n chips truck at Jordan River where all the surfer dudes go.
